Admission Procedure

Admission Guidelines (2026–2027)

We are pleased to inform you that admissions for the Pre-Primary Section (Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG) for the academic year 2026–2027 are now open. Detailed information regarding the admission process is available on the school website: www.donboscovikhroli.com

Kindly take note of the following instructions:

Offline Registration

Registration for admission is compulsory and must be completed offline through the school visit from 26th January 2026 onwards, subject to availability of seats in the respective class.

Admission Form

A non-refundable fee of Rs. 550/- is to be paid online through the payment gateway available at school. Payment can be made using debit card, or net banking.

Form Submission

After completing the offline registration form, parents are required to:

  • Submit copies of all required documents as mentioned in the form

We request all parents to carefully follow the above instructions and complete the admission process within the given timeline.

Kindly read the following application instructions and admission criteria carefully before proceeding with the admission process.
Age Criteria

The age eligibility for admission is as follows:

  • Nursery: Children born between 01/01/2023 and 31/12/2023
  • Jr. KG: Children born between 01/01/2022 and 31/12/2022
  • Sr. KG: Children born between 01/01/2021 and 31/12/2021
  • Std I: Children born between 01/01/2020 and 31/12/2020
  • Std II onwards: Based on Passed & Promoted Certificate of the previous class
School Timings
  • Pre-Primary Section : 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
  • Primary Section (Std I to V): 7.30 am to 1.00 pm.
  • Secondary Section (Std VI to X): 7.30 am to 1.00 pm.
Admission Information
  • Admission will be confirmed only after payment of school fees.
  • Parents are requested to confirm bus routes before applying for admission to avoid inconvenience in transportation. (Contact No.: 9619009123)
  • Student details such as Surname, Student Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and Date of Birth must match exactly with the Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, and Leaving Certificate (if applicable).
  • Failure to pay fees within the stipulated time may lead to cancellation of admission, and the seat may be offered to another eligible candidate.
  • Online registration, submission of forms, or completion of admission procedures does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of all requirements.
  • Providing incorrect or false information in the application form will lead to disqualification.
  • Applications submitted before or after the specified schedule may not be accepted. The school reserves the right to take final decisions regarding admission.

We request all parents to carefully follow the above guidelines to ensure a smooth admission process.

Documents required for admission (2026–2027)

Documents to be Attached with Admission Form:
  • Duly filled and signed admission form with a recent passport size colour photograph (white background) affixed/uploaded.
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (Notarized English translation required if the certificate is in another language).
  • Original Fitness Certificate from family doctor (child medically fit).
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the child.
  • Issue of application form does not guarantee admission.
  • Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Documents for Confirmed Admission:
  • Original Birth Certificate (Only Municipal Corporation/competent authority certificate is valid; hospital certificates not accepted).
  • Attested copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable, issued by Maharashtra Government authorities).
Important Note
  • Original Birth Certificate will be retained by the school as a permanent record.
  • It will be returned only if the child leaves the school before Std I admission.
