Academic Counsellor Message

At Don Bosco High School & Junior College, Vikhroli , we are dedicated to creating a caring and supportive environment for our students. The Counselling team works closely with students to help them build confidence and develop skills necessary for emotional and social well-being. We use various techniques like relaxation exercises, mindfulness, creative arts, journaling, etc., to help students discover their strengths and work through challenges.

We offer social emotional learning classes that focus on dealing with important life skills such as handling bullying, managing exam related stress, improving time management, and staying focused. These classes are interactive and allow students to share their thoughts and feelings.

We work closely with parents, teachers, and friends to ensure that each student has a strong support system in place, helping them grow both academically and personally. The Counselling and Special Education teams also collaborate to support students with varied learning needs, offering guidance to parents about assessments, academic help, and ways to ensure every student can fully participate in school activities.
